The "Piazza" - South Grove

Located in South Coconut Grove, the "Piazza" is a bricked outdoor area shared by 3 families: the Smith's, the Kritcher's and the Marston's.  All properties share an easement over the area.  Many people know the "Piazza" for its great parties that last long into the night.  When it is not being used for 4th of July, New Year's Eve or other neighborhood events, you can find a flock of more than 10+ peacocks roaming the area.

Coral Reef Yacht Club in Coconut Grove

Above is a quick glimpse of the grounds at CRYC.  Coral Reef Yacht Club in Coconut Grove is known for being a premiere yachting center.  Our Race Committee is second to none, our youth sailors have won countless competitions and have even gone on to the Olympics!  My family and I head over to Coral Reef at least once a week to gather around the pool with friends and neighbors.  It is a wonderful place to meet others who share a love for the water!
